The hotel has a great location - not far from the train, a few minutes walk. Aline was always friendly and helpful. The room was clean and cozy, although very small, it was cool in the room. Hairdryer - on request. There are a lot of small shops in the area, there are places where you can buy croissants, coffee, you can order pizza and other fast food. If you need to wash your clothes, there is a self-service laundry not far from the hotel. I think that next time I will choose this hotel again.

I can say that the worker that are there are so kind, Sabine and Aline are so accommodating. I was a bit upset that we waited very long outside, for check in since the reception was closed. We were just sitting for almost half an hour outside until the lady came, the toilet were not working and the shower room is so small. When you take a shower, water are flowing out even until outside of it. The toilet outside is also so weird, there was a bicycle inside and all the doors were very hard to open and close. One more thing, there is no air conditioner inside, we are sweating the whole night and day. I also don’t like that cat is just there, it even entered our room! Also, it’s kinda weird ? to see the dirty part of the bed. But the place is 20 mins away from the city.

Calm area, 3 min walk to the train station that helps you travel to the centre, clear room, thats what we needed and good value for money. Recommended

the location is excellent, at the terminus of line 7 and line C, practically a quarter of an hour from the center of Paris. the neighborhood is quiet, the structure is located in a small, very intimate courtyard and usable especially in summer. the staff is always present, attentive and kind. you can sense the love for work. All perfect. Nothing negative to say. I recommend it!

Not a large variety of services in the area. Most of the restaurants served panini, salads, or pizza. The two bars in the area were for locals. The wall were thin so you could clearly hear the neighbors.

Very clean and well decorated. Large wet room shower with loads and loads of hot water. Our host provided, when asked a hairdryer and was very helpful. Breakfast was great and provided at whatever time we asked. Railway close by, 50 yards, £35 railcard got you everywhere for 4 days. Bakery and local grocery store, 30 yards also recommended. Buy before you head into Paris in the morning, save 400 o/o. The initial arrival was difficult as it required a phone and log into Wi-Fi to contact owner to let us in. We used booking. Com to confirm our arrival, but being of a certain age! The electrical phone type stuff was hard to work out. Could have just give us the gate code prior to arrival and there would have been no issues?

metro station is at 5 mins walking distance which connects you to the centre, all the necessary shops are nearby. The owner makes sure you have a comfortable stay and is super helpful would have been better if the room was a little bigger and there was no mirror in the room.

Sabrina, the host is lovely, very warm and welcoming, and the place is both fit for purpose and value for money. It could be better if the smaller/front bedroom had air conditioning.
