The bus station is near the hotel but the usual one is under renovation so it is moved a bit closer to the other door of the hotel but no big sign
-
Very little. The hotel clerk who greeted us was amiable, and did his best to help, but he was overwhelmed by many guests all showing up at once. The rooms were filthy. One bed had a used bandage in it. There is nowhere to unload luggage from a vehicle. The area outside is filthy. Barebones is all I can say to describe this place. And driving to get here is a nightmare (a multi-level roundabout without any signage).

Comfortable, clean, basic nothing

Feels like a 5 star hotel nothing

Just being a Budget hotel we didn't get a lot of towels and is just a budget style but clean and safe , would stay again for the price

Not the first time I stay in this hotel. It's clean, everyone is kind and friendly, good location, in a commercial center (with carrefour, pizzeria and restaurants), very good price. Nice fresh breakfast (eggs, cheese, fruits, croissants, coffee), but basic. The A/C is not strong enough, with the great heat a little fridge would have been very very useful to keep water cool. Breakfast is good but basic. Can be ameliorated.

I wanted to share my feedback from my recent stay. The property is located outside the main area, so if you prefer late-night outings or easy access to the city center, this may not be the most convenient option. This is a budget property, so expectations should be aligned accordingly. The room was quite basic, with just a bed, a study table, and an ensuite bathroom—there were no additional amenities like a cupboard or kettle. If you are simply looking for a no-frills place to stay, it serves the purpose well. On the positive side, the location is right next to a bus station, which can be convenient. However, based on my experience during my three-day visit to Paris, late-night bus services felt unreliable. I would recommend considering accommodation closer to the main train station for better connectivity and convenience. The main issue I encountered was with the service. The air conditioning in the room was not functioning properly, and despite multiple requests, the reception staff were slow to respond and often made excuses instead of addressing the problem. It was only after repeated follow-ups that any action was taken. Even then, the cooling remained inadequate despite setting the AC to the lowest temperature and keeping it on continuously.

It was in a rougher part of town.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful in answering our requests. There's a mall and pharmacy next to the hotel, and a bar open until midnight. The bus stop to connect to the city is close by. There aren't many restaurant options nearby. You need a bus and a metro to get to the main attractions.
-
The wrost hotel that I been in ny life No clean No ac No clean sheets Smell terrible I need my money back All are bad
-
Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were not sound proof. A lot of noise in the hallways at all times morning and night.
-
It’s close to the Bercy train station and flixbus station Too far away from the city area, there has no Metro nearby the area, only the bus can arrive. If you want to walk, will be almost 50 minutes from the closest metro to the hotel.

None.

The location is perfect because is so close to a comercial Center and station of bus.
-
was very quiet and easy to get to the center of paris via a bus then the metro the bedding didn’t have fitted sheets so when i woke up half the sheets were off the bed and the mattress was exposed
-
Nice budget hotel. Great helpful staff. Nice breakfast Need to use a bus and train to main attractions. Not walking distbace from everything but still ok if you take the bus.
-
Very clean, modern. Supermarket right next door was usefull. Bus no 24 stops outside taking you into central Paris Not much to do where the hotel is, pub across the road that serves food though.
-
I don’t know why housekeeping doesn’t do the upper bed. Also, not enough storing facilities in the room.
-
Room was fine for a quick stay, was able to easily take the bus to get to and from. A bit noisy as located on a major road, room was clean
-
Is very clean Not to many choices for Restaurants
