Location was good, hotel was clean There was no air conditioning. We were promised a fan, but it was never delivered. The room temperature was around 30°C, making it impossible to sleep. When you pay €240 and can’t get any rest, it’s a very disappointing experience.

The room was clean and there were single pull out couches for the kids. The breakfast buffet was good and the games area for the kids was nice. There was no individual air conditioning in our room. They said there is air conditioning controlled through the whole building and there was a fan in our room but it got really hot at night.

Lobby and play area was nice Staff had a stuff upper lip (with only a few exceptions). The fixtures and furniture was old and not well done. It took the staff a full day to get an iron to us.

When I booked it was showing 16000 INR but I end up paying 21000 for a hotel room.

The room was spacious and nice. Breakfast was very good. Metro is 2 min walk away. At the checkout, I was asked to pay 160 EUR for a dinner & drinks we didn't consume. It was a very uncomfortable situation since we didn't even enter the restaurant. I asked the receptionist to verify the evidence using the cameras. It is very weird they allow people eat/drink without asking for the room card.

On Saturdays the restaurant was closed.

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good

Offer laundry services but there is no washer and dryer for self service. I went to laundromat across the street.

It was easy to access, parking near by and a metro station super close. So it terms of convinience was nice. The breakfast was nice, the internet worked properly. it doesn't have AC and paris was in the middle of a heat wave, so the ventilation used in the rooms wasn't enought to manage the heat. Sleeping was unconfortable.

Nothing 1. The hotel is far from the centre. It's mentioned 0.2 miles, but it was 1 hr journey from centre. 2. Poorest cooling system. It was so hot outside and there was no cooling in the rooms at all. 3. Pathetic staff. They least care about the guests. After various complaints, they asked to relocate to a similar room with no cooling at all. 4. Beds are very small and uncomfortable. 5. Breakfast start time is 6:30 am and the staff starts placing food at 6:30 am. We had a flight to catch and got late because of this. 6. Hotel staff eat food from the breakfast buffet while doing their work and then continue with same dirty hands.

There is no separate switch for the lights in the room. If we turn off the switch, that will stop the power to the plug points as well. Felt difficulty in operating a fan at the corner of the room with the kid on the other end of the room. Hope this will be looked at by the hotel team

Old fashion, small room with no view, no place to put clothes in the room

Very good

Except the breakfast and the toilet combination(the WC is in a small space and to wash your hands you have to go to shower room) everything was perfect. Breakfast not so diverse. No vegetables. In general not so many choices to eat.

Lovely room, friendly staff, good food, good facilities, clean and quiet Nothing

Clean and decent breakfast buffet Little far to main attractions
-
Conveniently located, very near to the Metro station Maintenance is not well kept. Passage between bed and bath lights were not working. Staff did not bother to check it. Poor quality paper cups and wooden stirrer are kept as a green initiative, instead they can keep coffee mugs and metal cutlery which can be washed and reused. Only few sachets of tea were kept, no coffee, no creamer, no sugar. That’s surely lack of service standards Door sensor cover was broken, no one seems concerned.

The lobby, bar area and restaurant were pretty nice. Loved the decor and colour scheme The rooms themselves were quite dated. Needs updating and modernisation
-
Big, comfortable bed in a spacious room. Separate ensuite bathroom and toilet. Storage facility for bikes. Helpful and efficient staff. Nice quiet location set back from the shopping area. Nothing to dislike.
