Motel One Paris-Porte Dorée

I was given a room that did not correspond to what I initially booked (the room given was a downgrade to what I booked and paid for). Staff at reception made a mistake which was confirmed by supervisor who recommended writing to the hotel. Unfortunately, I did not get any feedback from them.

Mary was wonderful at the front desk. Easy check-in. Great breakfast. Great bar in lobby. Great location. Excellent restaurant and bakery options within walking distance. King/queen rooms are small but clean. AC was great!! Paris was unseasonably HOT. I do wish they had a small frig to store medicines and beverages.

Room was small for the price and there’s no fridge, or coffee maker/kettle in the room.

My room key did not work and I had to go to reception three times to be able to access my room. How can this happen and why did they not fix this instead of keep trying to issue me new cards. My room access failed even after they issued a new access card.

The hotel was exceptional. The staff was absolutely amazing from the moment we walked in and allowed us to check in early which was a nice surprise from a long flight. The rooms are huge, the bathroom is gorgeous, the rooftop was breathtaking, and the boutique style felt cool, chic, modern while still having a classic feel good vibe. The staff was truly the standout as they were so attentive and accommodating. Will stay here again in a heartbeat. Loved how walkable it was as well. I loved everything.

The room are small but comfortable and clean, really appreciated the good AC in the hot weather and it was very quite during the night which I appreciate. Our small Spitz dog also really liked the cold room and the shower is nice too, a real pleasure after a long hard day of exploring What I didn't like is that there is no mini fridge in the rooms, sucks when you want to store some cold drinks but at least the staff always gave me ice when I asked for it.Also the staff has no fridge or any other option to store something for you. All the plug adapters were gone sadly.

Location close to metro, and the staff was fantastic!

1. Would appreciate it if there is a kettle in the room. 2. The entry to the garage is a bit tricky if one has big car.

I liked everything.

The breakfast was very nice. The staff were extremely warm and helpful. The overall property was impressive. Rooms were very small. The location was confusing to find for most Uber drivers.

It was a great location and 30 minutes to any part of Paris by train Street signs to hotel are not visible on busy street

The hotel is conveniently located near the metro, restaurants, museum, even a park and stores, very good location. The staff were very friendly and helpful with information. Good breakfast options

Everything super clean, quiet, early check-in was possible, delicious breakfast, possible to add on spontaneously. Just to be aware - walking needed to get to the next big metro station to take you to the downtown attractions!

Well located with Metro access to the Center. Very nice breakfast and friendly staff. Booked a room with a view but the view was not really a view, mainly loooked at a construction site.
