I loved how friendly the staff were, and they spoke very good English. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had. The location is a bit far from the city center, but it’s in a very quiet area. I also found some great restaurants nearby. Excellent value for the price. Although I loved many things about this hotel, I have to mention that the walls are very thin—you can easily hear people next door talking or watching TV. Luckily, everyone was quiet after midnight, so my stay was still comfortable.

The accomodations was subpart. Essentials were missing: like peoper lighting in the room. The bathroom is small and the faucet was coming out and not screw in properly. There was barely space do the luggage and 2 people to move around freely

Great location - near a Park with a lake! Sunday farmer’s market on the same street gives the stay lots of charm! Staff is excellent. Property is very clean and comfortable! Nothing

The shower drain was plugged up. But the desk clerk plunged it for us.

Free water and cadies at reception room When you get off from the elevator, there are stairs, and you need whatch out for not falling down

Its location was great for travel links. So easy to find and Navigate around . Lovley shops bakery’s and restaurants on your doorstep. THE STAFF were AWESOME special mention to KENZA who made our welcome so lovley - thankyou - and they the young man in n the evening for being so polite .

I liked the location, close to train station so it was perfect! I loved that the rooms were cleaned every single day, it was also quiet and comfortable. The bath has alot of space and was very clean. I didn’t like the fact there was no fridge in the room, we also couldn’t watch tv all through. Other than that, no complaints. The fridge would be a great addition to the property.

Location ( perfect neighbourhood) and the staff especial kena ; she was very helpfull. The breakfast room is a bit small when most of the guests are having breakfast at the same time but i survived ?

Staff was welcoming, warm and nice! Location is close to a Metro station. Breakfast was very brief and just the essentials! We did not have fridge in our room, No iron in the room (and we could not get one from the reception desk as it was borrowed by other guests and nobody returned to us with that).

A few minutes walk between two metro stations and the tram. Great location to get to from airports and to go sight seeing. The reception staff were all super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic and felt that it had to run out of items before they were replenished e.g bread or scrambled eggs, tea bags etc.
