the room was cleaned everyday by the staff in time Room 107, the bed can be a bit better, instead of two single beds join as one , it can be one double bed , then it will slip less

Everything was great. The staff were excellent, especially Hisham. You should really give him a big shout-out and a bonus. Please remove the plastic bag in the mattress

Cleanliness. Staff. Location is not that near center but super close to metro and bus station which was perfect. Very quite decent and safe neighborhood. The size of property is so small ?

The AC and TV are broken, and the female receptionist was not very friendly when I arrived. I can only understand a little bit of French, but she can not speak English at all.

Very nice staff, clean rooms, convenient and lovely neighbourhood. The metro station is just a couple of steps away from the hotel. The nights were surprisingly quiet.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The room was extremely hot as it was a hot day in Paris but there was nothing in the room to help lower the temperature, except opening the windows. I had to ask the personal for a fan, which they were able to provide. The room was directed towards the main street and was loud so don't forget ear plugs.

The location was convenient with good access to public transport. The staff were friendly. There was no daily room cleaning service, and there was no fridge in the room.

Just footsteps away from the metro. Tea and coffee available at reception, friendly staff. Good value for a short stay! It was a bit too warm in the room but heating couldn't be controlled from within the room. We were on groundfloor so opening the windows during the night wasn't really a good choice. Anyhow nothing serious, it didn't affect our stay at all.
