I had a great view from my room, and the staff were very kind throughout the entire stay–from check-in to helping me find a delivery to check-out, the staff provided excellent support the entire time. The bathroom was also quite clean and spacious. There is no air conditioning in the unit and my window would not stay open. I was sweating through the night despite being someone who doesn't normally get hot in their sleep. The mattresses also slid around the beds a lot.

Good price and location is fine accessible by bus and the bus gets you to gre de Lyon and from there you can take metro or train Very very very bad pillows I don’t get what type of person can sleep on a pillow that is the same thickness of a sheet of paper. Of course room is small like typical ibis thing. No kettle or safe or mini fridge in the rooms.

The heater is not working and the reception said she could offer us another blanket rather than checking the heater. There is not any kettles and coffee or tea bags in the room.
