Spring Creek Ranch

Loved the location as it was a short drive into Jackson. The multiple rooms were large and charming character touches throughout. Bears on the bunks in loft. No microwave but they heated our leftovers at office if needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely stunning view, comfortable bed, tons of wildlife. We loved the fireplace and artwork. The staff was friendly, and helpful. We would definitely stay again and will be recommending to our friends.

We had a nice stay. Property is easily convenient with a car to downtown and to the Tetons. No AC and lots of mosquitos when you open the door. First night I was battling mosquitos. Second night we found the fan which helped. People at front desk were nice. It was a decent stay.

Love the setting and view of the tetons. Unfortunately the Tv had continuous problems which maintenance could not get fixed

The location of the property was good, views were beautiful. The grounds were well maintained. Our individual unit needed a lot of updating, the carpet was very bad and several floor tiles in bathroom were cracked. It could use updated furniture as well.

Great place my only issue was the convenience of the gym is not good, every time you want to get in the staff has to open the door??? Makes no sense, the gym is well equipped very nice

The views, the pool, cleanliness, facilities in the cabin No A.C but we did have a hot spell, fans were provided

The facility upgraded us from a townhouse to a villa. Spectacular accommodations and very well appointed. Beautiful views from every room. Even had visits from a few deer. Maintenance tried very hard to fix the numerous issues. A special shout out to Andrew. The wi-fi did not work at all. They provided us with a very limited hot spot if you were close to the device. The television system did not work the entire time. Maintenance tried very hard to fix the issue and blamed the problem on Spectrum, the service provider. The kitchen was well appointed except it had no pots or pans (which were provided). The facility really needs some updating on services and better honesty on facilities provided. For example, the hot tub jets never worked (in repair); the spa services mentioned are an outside vendor, very expensive and difficult to schedule. They mention daily newspapers but have just the New York Times and only on Sunday if you order in advance. They can really use an on-site coffee shop that sells drinks, baked goods and sandwiches. That would be a real hit. Keeping a few spices on hand in the villa would improve ability to cook without fully stocking the kitchen.

No air conditioning and it was in the high 80’s, which made it hard to sleep. Coffee maker with no filter’s and reception staff not very helpful. For price of room, I was expecting a little more. Beautiful views and loved the horses.

Pool, views, free ride to town Dated and not super clean. Needs a restaurant or access to their other properties reataurant

They is no AC so just be prepared- our unit could use some updates to the bathrooms. The property and views were amazing!

The location and scenery are pure perfection. Our only issue was the bed was not very comfortable and there is no AC. When we spoke to the front desk they assumed fans were already in our room, but they were not. They were able to send some over right away.

Maybe because i am from the city and not familiar with the places, but when i entered the room there were quite a few bugs (flies and mosquitoes) inside. We called the front desk and they said "because we opened the door for too long" which i think is a pretty unreasonable response because we literally rushed in as there are a lot of bugs at the door. There is also no AC, only heating system, so summer can feel quite hot; they do provide a small fan which helped a bit.

We loved the view of the Teton. The place was dated and we had to kill a mouse in the middle of the night.

There is no A/C, which is ok in typical weather there. You open all windows at night and close every window and curtain in the house during the day to keep it cool. This property didn't have window coverings over the double patio doors, which was hot!

The bathroom is outdated, we had struggles using the old shower and the toilet was possessed making noises all the time.

This was a great place to stay near Jackson. The unit was a little dated for the price, but the staff was helpful and most everything else was great. A beautiful view of the Tetons, too bad they didn't have a restaurant.

The views and the quietness Nothing

The staff were very hard to understand. The 2 keys to the door, one worked, one didn't. The fridge, microwave, and the coffee pot were in the bathroom. There was a shelf by the toilet that had 2 cups on it.. There was only 2 hard chairs in both bedrooms. No real place to put luggage. We moved the coffee pot onto a small table.
