Great location. Walking distance to town but also have the shuttle to pick you up and drop off anywhere in town. Room was upgraded and quiet. Loved the nature preserve. Breakfast was good food and options. Only issue was the shower door was right in the way of turning on the shower. So, when you turned on the shower you got a blast of cold water.

The AC didn’t work while we were there so it was uncomfortable to sleep especially with a 1 year old and young child. For as much as it cost, we shouldn’t have had this issue. A probably at almost $2,000 for 2 nights should exceed expectations. Additionally at the restaurant on the property, some of the waitresses had to be asked several times to bring us water and silverware. We were the only ones there at the time, so it wasn’t because it was busy. It was at 9pm and we were the only ones being served. Disappointed in the quality of the stay, especially for the money it costs. I do feel that a partial refund would make this right.

Location The cabins are very small - felt over priced for the size of them. Breakfast was pretty lackluster - no gluten free options and the eggs were not real, they were either powdered or something from a milk jug.

Room was horrible, small, outdated, dark, air conditioner didn’t work! We tried to get a second night reservation cancelled because of a family emergency and they wouldn’t work with us at all!!! Left anyway after one night! Would not recommend the Rustic Inn to anyone!!

I was told by booking dot com it was in a different location. And the picture on the website are deceiving.

Pretty resort, lovely Creekside location, nice rooms, fireplace room was a little warm as weather was very warm when we were there and the pilot light on the fireplace ensured it gave off some heat. Otherwise lovely room, comfortable beds. Liked it all.

Beautiful, peaceful creek with plenty of places to sit and relax around the property. Perfect location out of the crowds of downtown but close enough to be there quickly if you’d like.
-
Wonderful location, beautiful spot on the river and outdoor opportunities Rooms were tired and cramped with little natural light and hardly any space to spread out. Workout facility was terrible, check-in representative was rude, we weren’t able to stay anywhere near our kids (they would not adjust). All of this did not fit the huge price tag

This place trades off it's location, amenities and creek side location Endemic problems with staff, total lack of service and any care for the many issues Our party had two rooms, both showers had leaky showers that dripped - one was fixed before the evening, but the other kept the room up all night. Unable to serve any drinks from the bar until 4pm onwards, staff advised that I walk down the road to the convenience store to grab a drink as nothing available on site... I later found a vending machine in the hotel laundry, would have been nice to know this before heading to the store. Ordered red wine in the restaurant, waited 15 mins to be told the one we ordered wasn't available, only a similar one that was double the price. Waited another 20 mins, so checked in on the wine that had yet to arrive, and they said they had run out of wine glasses, hence the wait (there were literally 5 tables with guests on them and only a couple of other people drinking wine) - what kind of restaurant has less than 6 wine glasses!? Tiny, over cooked steak served on a bed of fries and nothing else... again, really poor for the price point they are trying to cater for. Pool and restaurant are both situated next to a busy road with cars passing at all times of day. Dated rooms they would describe as rustic charm, but really need a refresh.
