If I had one negative it would be that you ave to go outside in the other building to use the pool and Jacuzzi. Otherwise, just perfect and breakfast, which was , was great too!

Room was very nice and clean. Cookies and drinks in the lobby were delicious. Pool was small but pleasant.

Big apartment. Nice swimming pool and spa.

We had a wonderful stay at The Rockwell Inn. Highly recommend it to anyone staying in Jackson. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, amazing shower, friendly staff, cookies and spa water offered in the afternoons,etc. We will definitely go back!

Double queen room was spacious and we had interconnecting rooms which was great with a large family. There was a wonderful kitchenette. The pool and spa was an advantage with the young kids. Modern rooms with all the amenities. Breakfast was great and customer service was excellent . Parking was easy . Bedding was very comfortable. Price but as we realized after staying in a cheaper place which was horrible, I would prefer to pay more. There were more expensive places. Booking.com was cheaper than speaking directly with the hotel.

It’s located just on the outskirts of town. It’s a perfect location because it’s not in the middle of all the craziness but just a five minute walk to be in the center of town.

Nice hotel, but there are rooms in the basement (I've got one) and, of course it would not be my choice at all if I know it in advance. Good that I needed it just for 1 night and didn't;t care much.

For almost $700 a night the property was very tired and not very nicely decorated. It’s well located but nothing special. A Motel type place with very high priced rooms

Convenient location, downtown and a quick drive away from the Tetons. The room was dated and did not reflect the advertising. Furniture was old and debilitated, including scratches. Rugs were clearly not properly cleaned for a while. Room smelled musty and bathroom, although clean, was also dated and included fixtures that could be dangerous (a hard, sharp and protruding towel holder positioned exactly at face level when entering and exiting the shower). Value for the cost was not there. If we knew what we would get for that price, we would have booked the Four Seasons. However, the parking lot was lovely.

Overall, the hotel was disappointing. The swimming pool is very small, and the breakfast has very limited choices. The service could also be much better. We checked in as a party of three, but the room was only provided with two sets of towels. The beds are quite narrow and not very comfortable.

Centrally located to everything. Staff very accommodating. Room clean and comfortable. A plus - Breakfast ready at 6am each morning. Cookies in the evening. Pool and hot tub clean.

Location walking distance to downtown Jackson, staff were very friendly and welcoming Floor in the room was very dirty, hotel price per night was expensive for what you got.
