Room on the inside looked much nicer than the outside. The outside was rough. The room smelled like someone who chain smokes cigarettes took the smokiest poop of their life and we were not able to air it out. Bunk beds are a choice. Says it has a kitchenette, but it was a full size fridge and a sink. Laundry was sketchy. The pool and grill area looked nice. Staff was polite, but not very helpful. It was okay.

The room we had was filthy. First of all, our bathroom door wouldn’t shut so there was no privacy when using the restroom!! We walked in and there was gross stuff on the pillow, black stuff in the shower, and I got bit up by something and it had to have been in my sleep last night. The bed was hard as a rock, I’ve never spent the night in a more uncomfortable bed, it was so bad it got to the point where the floor felt more comfortable than the mattress. The shower is fully open with a curtain so it just floods the bathroom. There’s no blackout curtains so when people pull up to park with their headlights throughout the night, you’re woken up! Definitely not worth that much money and I hope the hotel replaces their mattresses ASAP!!

The room is small and compact.

In a nice location close to downtown Jackson without all the noise. Plenty of parking and close to places to shop for basic necessities and places to eat. Just wish they had curtains over the window as it made it hard to sleep with light from parking area through the blinds. They told me they plan to add them soon.

Very clean and comfortable. The shower head was clogged with calcium, the key card didn’t work properly and the door had to be forced open and closed.

TLDR; Rooms are extremely small, like a fox hole, and its more of a motel with highly distrusting investors / owners with zero care for customer experience. I was scared for my safety staying at this place. When we arrived the gentleman at the front desk has few folks waiting in line, he did not greet and instructed us "Wait in lobby, I will get you after these people" we smiled assuming this was just one off, but it did not stop there. I could hear the gentleman at the front desk constantly struggling to hear last names of the patrons that are planning to stay - and him talking down on people and mumbling randomly. At point I overheard a warning - "if you make too much noise a sensor alerts Jackson PD" When it was my turn, we started the procedure to check in - and in middle of nowhere the person picks up the phone and starts talking - instructing the guest to hold on a minute in a pretty rude fashion. Then goes on to ask my details, and suddenly picks up phone and dials apparently some property staff rudely stopping me mid-sentence. Overall I felt like I was being talked down on, it felt rude and insulting. I had my kids and parents with me and I was really scared of my family's safety with warning statements and constant PSAs.

The eastern European male staff member was extremely rude and unhelpful at check in. Someone else did help me eventually but yhe very first impression ruined the rest of my stay

Could have used a little.larger shower but other than that had everything I needed and was very clean. Bed was very comfy.

Great location, near town, easy access to city shuttle. Having the kitchenette helped us a lot as well.

Not a lot there. Room and showers very small. No real amenities
-
The ice machine was almost empty. There was no vending machine or anything available to purchase. The room is small and the shower is small like an RV
