The night manager was amazing and made check in extremely easy for us, even though we came in after hours. His service was definitely five stars, but the room needed much work. Our bed had a serious dip in the middle, which made it very uncomfortable to sleep in. We had to use a pillow underneath the mattress to level out the drunken in spot. There were no towels to use for the bathroom. The sink was not dirty, but very badly stained, and so was the carpet.

I stayed in that room for 5 hours. I walked out of my room and look around my perimeter. We'll there was a gentleman doing some sort of drugs. He ask me did I drugs. I was very upset. I quickly gathered my things ,turned in the key and left the premises. Drug activity, I smelled dope every time walked out side ... That man asking me if I wanted to do drugs with him.

For your information that if you pay at the front you have to check in before 9pm. This is different with the other hotels.

The lady at front desk. Room was not clean there was an old razor in shower food in cabinet hair on pillows. The tub was dirty nothing had been wiped down.

Anna at the office was AWESOME! Super friendly and took good care of us. Also, Erma went out of her way to help us with a few things. We stay there a lot and everyone has been helpful. Rooms are clean, water is hot, and convenient location.
