Inn at Jackson

Beautiful property and a lovely location. Everything was very clean and we loved the simple, no fuss check in. The main flaws were the use of an over powering scent diffuser and a hammering sound that continued throughout the night. We had noted the strong smell of perfume from the diffuser when we entered the room but didn't manage to locate and unplug it until shortly before leaving. When we first arrived, we were impressed with how quiet the building was, but sometime, later in the evening, the rhythmic hammering began. Knowing to search for a diffuser and, perhaps, knowing to bring ear plugs, we loved the place enough, we would recommend it and possibly, stay there again.

We stayed here for a night and it was wonderful! The owner was there when we checked in and he was so nice and accommodating. He showed us around the property and gave us some local tips. I highly recommend staying here!

Air conditioning did not work properly. Room on 3rd floor, essentially in the attic of a 100 year old building. Also, would have liked to know before check in that I have in a 3rd floor room with no elevator.

Beautiful home and property in a prime location, a short walk into Jackson. The owner, Anthony, greeted us upon arrival and was full of local knowledge. Thanks to him we explored Jackson Falls, a highlight of our vacation. Breakfast was excellent and our room was very comfortable for four. We hope to be back again one day. Thank you!

The place was easy to get to. The room was very clean Breakfast was very good.

Very quaint quiet inn. Never saw an innkeeper until breakfast next morning. Breakfast was fantastic. No other so called amenities existed however. Was adequate for a one night stay.

The inn was quiet, clean, comfortable and we really enjoyed the breakfast. Great location, walking distance to a few restaurants. Staff was great and knowledgeable about the history of the inn and area. Will definitely be returning

This is the second time I've stayed at the Inn at Jackson. During out second stay our room (#10) had next to no water pressure to take a shower. You didn't wash your hair unless you had 30 minutes to run the trickle of water through your hair to remove the shampoo. I called and left a message at the main number, no one from the hotel thought it worth to return my call regarding the water pressure.

I was completely surprised when I walked in to the lobby. My envelope with room key and greeting were waiting on the desk. Then Anthony walked in to greet us and gave us a quick tour and history of this lovely property. Quiet, friendly and comfortable. Can’t wait to go back. Thanks Anthony.

Breakfast and location were great. Room was clean and plenty of room. AC worked well on a humid night Bed mattress was not great. Glass shelf over bathroom sink was in the way Porch screen and window needed cleaning/repair Hot tub area was not inviting with green mildew on deck and steps

We had a wonderful weekend staying at the Inn at Jackson. Breakfast was delicious, and the hot tub was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. We loved the rustic charm of the inn, especially the friendly ghost that made the stay feel so unique. It was also such a treat seeing a bear outside while we were eating breakfast. We would definitely stay again.
