The air could be alt better. The hallway was very hot no air at all.

I think the virtual interface with the representative is SOOOOOO cool! I’ve never seen that and it’s very unique. Besides that, the staff were extremely respectful and friendly. There was a little ruckus the morning of my checkout from some nearby customers, but, overall - I had a decent experience. Thank you!

The people helping were nice enough, but the hotel hasn’t been updated in terms of repairs furniture etc. in probably 30 years, they need to give it a onceover and improve the look and shape of the hotel, it is very economical though and the non-smoking rooms were a plus.

Room was VERY dirty. Walls hadn't been cleaned in a long time. A few Roaches running around. Beds very hard. Pool closed in July. Not enough outlets to have the fridge AND the microwave plugged in at the same time.

the front entrance was dirty and smelled the halls were awful the carpet smelled and were worn out the toilet was way to low the shade in the window was worn out the walls in the room needed painting the spreads were worn out and sheets were worn out

The hallways were so hot it took my breath every time I walked out. The elevator didn’t work that was closest to me I had to use the stairs. The air in the room could’ve been better I had to sit right in front t of it to feel it

Very dirty, fire alarm chirped every 30 seconds. Saw multiple roaches. Sheets were dirty and stained. Had a smudge on the wall that I could only assume was fecal matter. The only attendant I encountered was over video at a kiosk. While she was mostly pleasant, between the video audio quality and her accent it was very hard to understand her to get checked in. Then before giving me my room key I was pressured heavily to give a google review for her. I had to firmly tell her no multiple times before she would give me my key. The halls reeked of weed and mold. Took a shower and kept on the moving.
