Super 8 by Wyndham Jackson

All in all, a fine stay. Bathroom was recently redone and lovely, as well as clean. The main room was clean also, although furnishings were pretty shabby. But for the price, we didn't mind. One problem--the AC unit seemed like it was on its last leg. It just couldn't put out any cool air for more than a few minutes, without reverting back to no results. This was a problem in the August heat and it made it difficult to sleep. At another time of year, we would stay here again.

Convenient location, the evening desk guy was polite and helpful. The bed was comfortable. Very musty room smell, air conditioner was off all day so when we got to the room and turned it on the room was already over 85. The bed spreads were stained and had multiple rips, moths were all over the room and there were at least 3 flies buzzing around. The way the curtains were installed they didn’t block light and let the bright flood lights from the parking lot into our room. It was very bright all night. Left a pillow when we checked out, a clerk called us which was great, but then she was saying really mean things to my son about us coming back for it even though we were only a few minutes away. She said I must be a really spoiled person to come back for a pillow.

We booked 2 rooms as a family of 5. The staff were very helpful in moving rooms when the first room has a bad wet pet smell, The property is dated but clean and very good value for money. Breakfast was good.

The Super 8 is conveniently located at the I-40/Hwy 45 interchange in Jackson, TN. Lots of restaurants, shops, etc nearby. The motel itself is decent. Not luxurious, but clean and comfortable and reasonably priced. Fantastic staff. I have stayed there at least 10 times.

We stayed here on our way to drop off our daughter at university in August of 2025 and it was a nice place and location so we chose to stay there again on our way back to pick up our daughter from university.

I stayed here a couple of years ago loving the experience. I stupidly tried a cheaper option my next couple of trips to Jackson, and felt unsafe and not worth the trip. This trip staying back with Super 8, reminded me how much I loved this place and how safe and comfortable I was here. The doors don't seal completely, sunlight, air, etc come through.

We enjoyed our stay, very courteous and helpful. Breakfast area is small and gets crowded but I still enjoyed my coffee and waffle. The AC in our room was awesome. I would definitely come back.

Great location Not the cleanest

Bed and pillows were comfortable. All amenities worked in my room. Only complaint about the room was the TV. Picture quality was not great. Which was fine since only needed to use the TV for white noise. There was no real area for pet relief besides small patches of grass. Overall the stay was pleasant and I would definitely stay again.

The staff was great ,each time one of them seen me they enquired how I was enjoying my stay and if there was any they could do to make it better.Theused there local knowledge to send me two a n enjoyable restaurant and another to a local tap room.The air conditioner made me not want to leave my room.Rooms are clean and the breakfast was good.I will be back in a few weeks

My main issue is that the beds were hard as rocks. I believe I would have been better off sleeping on the floor. I was also bitten by a bed bug!

The convenience of the location. We come here 2-3times a year just to rest, eat, shop.
