The location was good, the bedding was good. The hotel room, bathroom door lock was broken, there was water leakage from AC seeping all through the floor making it wet. The breakfast was horrible, hardly they had bread, milk and only corn flakes. Even those got over way before their scheduled breakfast end time. When we asked the person in the reception to refill, he did not refill them, saying that they are out of stock. I wouldn't stay in the red roof again.

Absolutely nothing! The beds all had stains on them mould was throughout the room and I’m certain a drug deal was happening in the carpark. Everything about it. The staff and the rooms were disgraceful. Beds had different coloured stains on them, mould was on appliances and the white painted door was black/ashy. Asked the reception if I was able to get a refund as I was not going to sleep there to which she had the worst attitude and just told me she didn’t know anything about the hotel and was not willing to help.
