Very clean very friendly The staff was amazing.

Nothing Our stay was extremely disappointing. We were moved to a second room because of cleanliness and maintenance issues, but the replacement room was just as bad, Between the unsanitary conditions, broken amenities, cigarette smoke int eh hallways, lack of working room phone, poor breakfast, and the property's overall condition, I would not recommend staying here.

The room and the bathroom were filthy. We found items other guest had left and they were right out in the open. The A/C vents were filthy. Most hotels have coffee makers in the room...there wasn't on in our room and they stop serving breakfast at 9:00am. The mattress on one of the beds had a huge indented spot on it....like a hole that the foam or stuffing was dug out. We complained at 1:00am after hours of stomping on the floor from the room above us....It didn't stop until about 2:30am. I wouldn't advise anyone to stay at this hotel .....I will never stay there again.

We greatly enjoyed our stay the problem was the indoor pool was too warm to swim in it would not have felt refreshing it felt like bath water. The toilet was very low which is an issue when you're 6 ft tall. But on the other hand the hot water was fantastic the water pressure was good the room was beautiful we would stay there again only maybe next time get a handicap room with a higher commode. And the staff was wonderful

Location Got our room all mixed up Had a late check in Booked a double Change it at check in then tried to put us in a king Then couldn’t find the associate to get us in a room that we booked couldn’t find them for 1015 minutes then gave us another room. It was not clean. Someone was had been in the room then we had to switch to another room and it was late. We were tired worst experience ever.

There wasn't an elevator so we had to carry everything up the stairs. There were ants in the bathroom. The room was 86⁰ when we checked in. There was blood on the sheets and broken soap on the floor. Dead bugs in the hallway.
