Rude employee, construction boards, equipment everywhere, no hospitality anywhere.

The property was under construction and this was not disclosed at the time of booking. The pool was closed. The breakfast was not available. The listing stated that cats were ok to stay, but at check-in we were told cats were not allowed. The room was very dirty.

Although it’s under construction it smelled like pee and cigarettes They also had roaches and the towels where flat out nasty

The hotel is undergoing major renovations so it’s understandable that not everything was available. The room was spacious and clean and the clerk was very friendly

Property is under construction so amenities we closed- no pool, ice machine or breakfast. When I booked I realized the pool would probably be closed but the other 2 caught me by surprise. The towels were stained, the carpet was so dirty in our room that it was sticky and there was a dirty napkin in our bed. Our neighbors were homeless with their shopping carts in the hallway and someone had recently smoked Marijuana in the elevator. The staff was friendly and doing their best under the circumstances.

I waited 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk so I can discuss canceling the reservation. No one came, nor did anyone answer my call or message. The hotel will look nice once finished but you do not force visitors to your city to stay in a construction zone. The hotel still billed my credit card which is unacceptable.

The understanding the hotel is going towards a construction phase -No breakfast (understandable) -One towel that should have been changed out -Peeling paint in the bathroom ceiling -Mold in the shower ceiling area Despite the construction going on, still have to maintain things are of working and good condition.
