We had a great stay at Residence inn! We love the spacious rooms, the breakfast was great with lots of of options, the hot tub jets seem like they may need repair as they splashed water up over your head😆, but still enjoyed the hot tub and pool! Also utilized the work out room as well. Staff was friendly and helpful. This will definitely be our go to place when traveling to Jackson!

Easy access to I-40. Spotless room. Nice selection of breakfast foods. We arrived during a torrential rainstorm and the hotel did not have a covered portico so we were soaked while unloading our luggage. The hotel advertised itself as pet friendly but we were not aware of an additional fee for a pet until we arrived.

I travel quite a bit and was blown away away by my stay at Residence Inn in Jackson, TN. This hidden gem is tucked away off Campbell Street making it convenient to family and shopping for me. The breakfast options were off the charts with extras like Pico, salso, shredded cheese, jalapeños, and homemade cream cheese is a variety of flavors. They have EVERYTHING! Lastly, I made an error and showed up a day later than originally booked. The manager worked with Hotels.com to helped me resolve and rebook. I can't say enough about this place..... even the maintenance man was friendly. My new goto place to stay when in Jackson. Should be yours, too! Liam, and his staff will not disappoint.

If you’re traveling for one night, it’s a great place to stop. You would not book a week at this hotel though.. the issue with this hotel is it has an indoor pool so the local cultural families come and fill up the place and they’re playing basketball outside and they’re having barbecues and stuff like that. I would have to say that none of that was loud noise coming into my room..
