room was not ready at 4 had to wait an additional 20 minutes. The blinds in the room were broken as well as the ice machine on our floor. No soap at the sink had to use soap dispenser for the shower.

It was a decent stay. Our room was clean. Beds were not that comfortable and the sheets absolutely did not fit both beds. We booked this hotel because it had an outdoor pool. When we got there, we were told that we can not use the pool. It was completely green. So that was disappointing. One of the staff members named Tyler was EXCELLENT!!! He was so friendly, professional, helpful. If we needed anything, he did not hesitate one second.

When we checked in the staff was so helpful and she was so sweet. Nice room, it was in the perfect spot to keep an eye on our truck and trailer. Close to the interstate. Overall one of the best experiences I've had at a hotel.

Location right off I 40. Upon checkout a nice young man actually asked how my stay was. That is rare today. I provided my feedback and he apologized and explained there were new owners recently and they were working on improving. Not up to Hampton standards. The room, bathroom and breakfast room were not very clean. Went to breakfast when it started and the trash bins were overflowing from the day before. The breakfast food offered was subpar in quality. Hotel needs a refresh.

The person at the desk was rude to me when I approached her about my key not working. I told her the issue and she snapped back at me, “relax!” Then another male employee came to the desk and asked to see the key. When he looked at it, he threw it across the lobby, telling the desk clerk not to use that key. I found this entire episode very strange. I avoided speaking to the desk clerk during the remainder of our stay.
