Aloft by Marriott Jacksonville Tapestry Park

I loved this hotel! Cleanliness was superior, there was some dog hair on the couch but it’s a pet friendly hotel. The staff was welcoming, the bar was great—will stay stay again!

We were pleasantly surprised by how nice a comfortable the room was. We had our small pups with us and enjoyed how it’s set up for them.

Friendly and excellent customer service. Breakfast was reasonably priced and was good. Rooms were clean. Will stay again.

Clean and roomy ADA room. The shades could not be drawn all the way so we had to block them gaps between the window and the sill with extra pillows. Otherwise great experience.

Great Location,Great Staff & Very Clean To many pets! I was on the first floor, someone put there dog in the hallway & it wouldn’t stop barking

Always enjoy this brand and this stay was no exception. Lovely and modern decor! So clean & super friendly staff! Comfortable beds and great shower! They offered a late check-out just because we arrived after midnight! Our dog enjoy his stay too!

Staff did not listen well but overall good stay

The property was clean and well maintained however I had an issue with my hot water in my room. My shower water temperature couldn’t be adjusted and would only rain uncomfortably hot. Someone was sent out the look at it and agreed that it was faulty as well, but was told there was nothing he could do about it until the next morning when maintenance came in to work. I asked if i could just get another room and was told there’s no rooms to give me however I had a friend come later that same day and boom an unreserved room. I always stay there when I come to Jacksonville and highly disappointed.
