B&B HOTEL Jacksonville Airport – Newly Renovated!

Horrible experience! No hot water either.

I would stay here again.

The pool was closed and no real amenities. AC is loud and dated. They are renovating so that is good just didn’t know. Still a great hotel and staff. Clean and helpful/friendly.

First, I’m very picky- having been a business road warrior for several years. We opted to stop overnight during a long road trip based on the fact the hotel was recently renovated and the reviews for 2026 were overwhelmingly positive. I can say with certainty that we have found our Jacksonville Fl. Hotel connection! It’s located right along the Marriott, IHG, Hilton hotels near the airport right off of I95. The lobby is simple but elegant. The staircase is easy to maneuver a suitcase, but they’ll help if needed. The room was very spacious, very clean, well stocked with a microwave, coffee, mini fridge, very comfortable bed and linens. The shower was sooo awesome with both a hand held AND a rain fall head. The decor was is unique- my photographer husband HAD to take pictures! The AC was a tad loud on the high fan speed but it provided great white noise for sleeping and it actually got cold when sat at 68! Great experience at a lesser price than comparable facilities.

Bed was comfortable but Breakfast was served in a to go box and was cold and stale. Room was loud with TV next door at 7am.

Only complaint would be you have to ask the staff to get ice Room was very clean and setup well

The management

A couple things were different than most hotels I’ve stayed in: 1) Check in required ID from ALL guests, not just the one who booked it. We also only got one room key both times, though I never requested a second one. 2) Breakfast is a separate expense, ~$7 per person if paid the night before. 3) There is no elevator to the second floor, so if stairs are an issue, request a ground floor room. Not necessarily bad things, just good to be aware before booking.

Our travel for work was very much turned into a relaxing stay thanks to the staff and the cleanliness provided at the hotel. They were very accommodating, professional, and informative of anything needed. I will be traveling back here for my work related trips.

It was very clean and inviting. I was booked for one night but I enjoyed the room so much, I stayed another night. I highly recommend this hotel. It's close to the airport and many shopping areas. 10/10 experience...👍👍

I went with my boyfriend for 4 days and it was a great stay I honestly have no complains. The AC was nice and cold and the shower was just so refreshing. I will be back!
