Especially the staff was very helpful. I had a bad knee and I did'nt have to request a first floor room the staff just offer it for me very gently

The hotel is pretty run down and the A/C sounded like an airplane taking off. We weren’t sure if it would work all night. But it was a place to spend the night.

I had a great stay. The room was very clean, updated, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The staff was attentive to my needs and made the stay feel easy and welcoming. The hotel was quiet, everything was well maintained, and check- in was quick and easy. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for five nights and had a great experience. The hotel was convenient to local stores, which made getting what we needed very easy. The staff was extremely nice and always prompt whenever we needed anything. Our room was clean and met all of my expectations. My only suggestion would be to include more options for breakfast. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly service.

It was good to have iron-board and hangers too. The ice maker worked. I did not have their breakfast so not sure what was served but I good get hot water to make tea which was very important to me. The steps on the stairs has patches of a dirt looking substance - climbing and facing that made me wonder what the state of the room was gong to be- I didn’t know if I was dirt or worse. I stayed for two days. The room appeared to well insulated from outside (there were people and movement 4th July weekend) I was not bothered one bit. Also, the room darkened well- that was a big deal for me. Thank you for a good 1st stay in Jacksonville Florida

Responsive and caring staff. The rooms are clean. Everything went well!

Found a few mouse droppings in my room and saw a couple of roaches. Nothing extreme but they were still there.

-Bed was comfortable -Hair on floor of tub and blood streak down bathroom door -Door lock half broken -Not a good value if traveling with a pet & shuttling to airport & leaving car. You have to Uber back because they don’t shuttle you back from airport. With pet fee and parking and Uber fees it added $70 to cost of room. Will stay at Aloft next time for same price with a clean room that feels safe.

The bed was comfortable. A/C worked good. The hotel provided a shuttle pick up from the airport. We assumed we could also take the shuttle back to the airport, but this was not the case. We had to get an Uber to get back to the airport.

Really bizarre charging practices. Prepaid for my room, then upon checking in had a hold for the full price of the room placed on my card. Tried to explain it to staff who looked at me like I had 3 heads. That hold turned into a charge for $50 which is what the hold was supposed to be, which was returned a couple of days later. Room was fine, location is hard to get to depending on direction of travel.
