My Place Hotel-Jacksonville/Camp Lejeune, NC

Our room was clean and the hotel has a great central location. The only issues were we were placed in a room next to a dog that barked a lot, and the smell of smoke with the neighboring room(s) was overwhelming. Not bad for a quick overnight stay considering the price.

Aren't understanding about family emergencys, I wasn't able to make it to this reservation and even tho mon refundable all that has to be done is that the manager and the third party get in contact with each other and the hotel has to agree to refund and wave the fee. As a loyal customer I wouldve excepted better because the staff in person. Not the lady at the front desk are really helpful and like to help you in anyway possible. The desk lady had no sympathy. Didn't even want to try and call him. Smh. I'm super disappointed and this may discourage myself and others from booking here in the future.

Very nice hotel. Staff was very friendly check in was easy. Rooms were very clean . Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of parking. Bathroom was a nice size. Pretty centrally located to stores and or restaurants. Had a little kitchenette with a microwave, stove, and a full size fridge. Staff was also very accommodating when needed something

Recommend to place grab bars in bathrooms. The transition from tub to floor are at different elevations.

Literally an amazing stay! The room was so clean, it looked like no one had ever stayed in it before my family did. The linen was so soft and comfortable. I slept so well. I usually get an ick when having to sleep in a bed that isn’t my own and actually felt comfortable enough sleeping there because of the cleanliness and comfortability. When we needed additional items, the front desk was more than accommodating. Check in/out was a smooth and easy process. Everything was a perfect 10/10 for me and especially the price!! Extremely affordable. I highly recommend and will definitely be making this my go to place when visiting.

This hotel was not my choice. The day of my arrival at Jacksonville, NY, I was informed that the hotel that I booked about a month ago was overbooked and Expidia found another hotel and they were making a new reservation at My Place Hotel in Jacksonville. This actually look like a cheap motel. I will never pick that for me and my family. The reservation took more than one and half hour to complete and the staff look like robot. Not a good experience at all, very disappointed at Expidia
