Rooms had terrible smells had to change rooms twice.

The staff was excellent, the nighttime staff member cleaned up a mess quickly when a painting randomly fell off the wall and shattered. However, the air conditioning system didn’t work well and the bathroom became foggy very quickly because there was no fan-vent system to use.

My name is Lester Christopher Pomare I've stayed there about three times now. Everything was great. Breakfast, gym, pool and staff. Maybe next time you'll have a dryer. Now I'm waiting for my refund on my card because my friend payed for the room. We stayed the 7th to 9th

loved this property. This is probably my number one pick anytime I’m here in Jacksonville, North Carolina. The prices were amazing and affordable. The breakfast is top-tier every morning, buffet style and they always make cookies every day, chocolate chip and peanut butter and they set it out by the coffee and they also have 24/7 coffee and overall it’s a great site and their pool is nice too, smaller but it goes from 3 to 5 feet and it has a outdoor shower as well and it’s honestly perfect for a good affordable stay, 9/10 for sure. Also, the TVs in the rooms are all a flatscreen 55 inch TV on their website It says 35 inches but it is actually a 55 inch flatscreen Smart TV & you can hook up your XBOX or PS5 or any gaming console with an HDMI cord and it’s amazing with great Wi-Fi here, and the beds are super comfortable as well. I keep extending my stay just because of how wonderful this whole experience has been here at this hotel so this review goes for the past four days, I’ve been here.

Manager was absolutely disrespectful and rude beyond ! Very unprofessional!

Room was spacious and loved the mini fridge and microwave. The only complaint was that my room was by the lobby where breakfast was served and very loud in morning. Wished the room was soundproofed.

Location First of all, when making reservations, my husband & I requested a ground floor room, when we got there, the clerk told us that there were no ground floor rooms available. They were only first come first serve. We were guaranteed a ground floor when we made our reservations. Second, the toilet was stopped up and we could not get it to flush. The bathtub was not clean. The remote control had one battery and no cover on the back so I had to go downstairs and get another battery. When we checked out, I told the clerk about the toilet and he didn’t apologize, show any concern or offer me a discount of some sort for our inconveniences… just said we will let maintenance know about the toilet.

I enjoyed my stay. My room was super clean and very spacious. The staff was very helpful and it is right in the center of everything so there are places in walking distance.
-
It was disgusting! There was hair in the bathtub and in the bed and the floors were sticky. And there was a cockroach that came out and crawled across my foot with all the lights on in the room. The gym was gross and smelled terrible and I didn’t even go out to the pool because the rest was so bad.
-
The rooms shown on the website did not represent what I actually stayed in. The rooms were old need a lot of work the bathroom was falling apart.
-
N/A Being told to leave tips. My wallet was left in the room. I came back to get it and 150 dollars was missing. Saw a nasty roach on the wall. And booked a smoking room and they didn't have smoking.

There was a housekeeper who was nice but kept asking for a tip they have a continental breakfast for free but you better beat the staff to it because if not you're not getting anything because the staff will have it all the first room I was in 322 my wife and I went out for about an hour and came back and there was a bug crawling across my wife's pillow we got moved to another room and the air conditioner didn't work so we got moved to another and that room was good my wife and I booked a room with a king size bed and we got put in a room with two twin size beds
