It was a clean and warm hotel with a good location and good restaurant downstairs No room service, and no lift where staff don’t even offer to carry my bag upstairs

The close proximity to the slope is great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Very old hotel and rooms, the bed was horribly uncomfortable as well as the pillows. The parking is not free. Very thin walls and loud noises and voices from all the guests but I guess that’s more on them being rude and ignorant.

The breakfast experience was cozy and comforting with its hearty winter offerings. It fell slightly short in terms of variety, limiting choices for guests with different preferences. My stay at Kristal had its ups and downs. Carrying ski gear to the 3rd floor without an elevator was a bit of a workout. It got trickier with no ski room for changing or storing equipment, and the rooms, meant for two, were quite small. Hygiene-wise, my blanket wasn't the cleanest. Also, missing essentials like flip-flops and shower gel added to the quirks. Overall, there's a lot of room for improvement!
