Stupid new law allowing smoking in bars

Great location, clean and comfortable accomodation. Communication with hotel didnt go as planned. We called customer service from booking.com to add meals since we booked in error without them, but Hotel never responded to booking.com request so we couldnt use Genius discount. Eventhough Hotel assured us that they confirmed their request, we received an email that they did not.
