spacious room, near to shopping and dining area, comfy bed, nice speaker, kind and polite staff, fast check in and out breakfast were not so delicious and had very poor variant, shower leakage, water spill from the bath tub could not easily go to the floor drain (it is because the wrong level of the bathroom floor) thus water can go inside the bedroom, ants, dirty sponge holder at the kitchen, not so fast housekeeping coming whenever they are called, going to the swimming pool should not be passing public area, security at the pool was watching so strictly for a long time while nothing happened, too small elevator capacity,

Location and comfortable to stay. The room lightings. I preferred warm light to make it more cozier.

The area is the only main reasson to stay staff was helpful, but although we requested to change room becuase of aircon in masterbed room is not working properly, microwave is in trouble, and water dispenser is only serve hot water (cold water is not working) and we only can get room change in day 3 which was only 1 night more to stay. So we reject it.. so many things to pack and unpack for only 1 night reimaining. (We requested since the day we arrived).

Very close to the popular mall. I have requested for a connecting room or both room on the same floor was not granted although the request was made more than 1 month ago.

Hotel location is very good closed to more than 3 Malls with walking distance . Also hotel good for families with children Outdated. Need renovation

The massive space of the room. The complete amenities available. The location is excellent as it is just walkable distance from the famous shopping malls. The breakfast buffet. Not much choices of food. At the bread station, margarine was used as the spread instead of butter. The smell of the margarine is not pleasant.

Nice location and spacious apartment. The flat is large, comfortable, and well-suited for families or groups. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the convenient location. The decoration a bit old in the room.. but is it nice.

Everything was great. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Nothing to complain about. Overall, everything met our expectations and we had a pleasant stay.

We are family of 5 - 2 couples and one adult kid, stayed in 3 bedrooms - 2 full bathroom and 1 extra toilet facility for 3 days 2 nights. We picked the apartment due to close proximity to the place where we need to be for the wedding on Saturday. We loved the 3 bedroom/2 bathrooms setting, was perfect for us. It has spacious living room which we used it for our dining together. The room was also spacious and had the amenities we expected. The kitchen was a plus, we loved it that it has water dispenser, kitchen utensils, coffee maker and microwave - which we used them during our stay. We especially like the soft pillows - make our sleep comfortable! Staffs were also very attentive from the receptionist to the bell boy, making our stay enjoyable. The AC in our bedroom was too cold for our liking, although other people didnt seem to bother. We had a bit of incident with our toilet (the master bedroom adjacent to the twin bedroom) in which the water from sewer came through the toilet in the 2nd night, made the last night stay not enjoyable. The extra toilet also can use extra soap and towel since we ended up using that a lot due to the incident in the toilet at the master bedroom.

The location is fabulous! Room is comfortable although it shows a little worn. The sofa needs to be refurbished. Staff is warm , friendly & helpful. Breakfast was bearable but Ascott is not known for breakfast so it's ok for us. I would choose Ascott again if I ever in Jakarta

The hotel is good and and the location near to shopping place. Family friendly. The best part we can take away the breakfast to eat in the room if we don't to have it in the restaurant. The towel is small.
