The location is definitely superb if you are planning to shop at Thamrin City, Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia. Thamcit is just across the hotel and the other two is just a short walk too. There is an Indomaret convenience store and a Sederhana restaurant just a few steps away. The staff members are very friendly and accommodating. The place is generally clean and serene. I didn’t take the breakfast option so I can’t say anything about the food. The TV has a lot of channels and can be connected to our own YT account. I asked for extra pillows and a prayer mat and the hotel promptly supplied them. Good option for shoppers - the hotel even supplies a big weighing machine on the ground floor for our post-haul luggage. ? Due to the location, there will be some traffic noise. The room is quite small but comfortable enough for shoppers. The one setback is the shower room - the water does not drain well and fast enough. So you will have to wait for it to drain before using the showers again. I’ve seen this issue crop up in some other previous reviews so unless it’s a city sewerage issue, I hope the hotel does something to remedy this.

The toilets could be cleaner, especially at the sink and also on the floors. There were also small ants at the coffee/tea making area. The wi fi was also choppy at times.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok. The facilities were ok but the room was not really clean. The bathroom was not kept clean - the faucets, the glass wall and toilet bowl were stained. The blanket had stained on it too.

Location - its a strategic location. Nearby Thamrin City - juts across the road. The food is good.

It’s close to places that we wanted to go to. We appreciate that it was easy to get e-hailing services and location is convenient. There could be more improvements with the hygiene in the room and toilet. The bed was stained with certain marks, the drain was clogged at every shower, there were stains of dirts around the bathroom and the towels didn’t smell clean

The three receptionists ladies, were polite, warm, and professional. I especially appreciated their sweet smiles, detailed explanations, and welcoming attitude. They were the highlight of my stay, and I give full credit to them. Location is superb : Facing Thamrin City Cleanliness: The room was not properly maintained. The bed comforter was dirty, the toilet was not clean, and the iron provided was of very poor quality with no ironing board. Towel - stained and non water absorbent Breakfast: Food was not promptly refilled and portions were small. Amenities: Basic items like a laundry bag were not provided.

The location is very near to Thamrin city When I first entered my room it was dirty. Nothing has been cleaned. There is still rubbish in the room. The towel was not replaced. Luckily the housekeeping was on the next room and I asked them to clean everything.
