Best Western Premier The Hive

When I entered the room, the bathroom floor was still wet, like it was just used by other guests and hadn't been cleaned up. I also found some hair strands at the bathroom. The housekeeping was disappointing.

We booked for a week but the first 3 days, the room they put us in was horrible. The bathroom had a bad smell like a sewer and the fan made a very loud clonking noise. The cable of the phone in the room was cut so we couldnt make any call. The receiptionist said she will have the room looked at at but never did. After waiting for 3 days, and the stench was just so unbearable, I reported it to the manager and he was so nice and moved us to a new room. It was a happy ending for the remainder of our stay. Breakfast was delicious, they call us to remind us and I thought that was nice. All the stuff are very friendly and accommodating. Over all a very good deal! The building is really old and the elevator is a little slow and maybe can be service. Wall is so thin we can hear the neighbors, which had 4 young kids that are very loud. The building name is also a bit confusing for taxis I guess, a lot of them missed the turn and was late because they had to go around again.

The room I was moved to had a funny smell as well. The water was not hot and the bed uncomfortable. Since I was staying one night and I travelled over 18 hours, I stayed. You receive a voucher for a 15 minute free massage, but when you go to collect, you have to buy a massage and then you get an additional 15 minutes free. This is deceptive and a poor marketing tool in my opinion. Overall, the building is a bit runned down.

The hotel and staff are very good. i enjoyed my stay at the hive, the service is impeccable and the location is excellent if you want to experience jakarta in its purest form and not the megapolis of central jakarta. the breakfast served was excellent and room were cleaned often. room service is also excellent and overall i would return there for my next trip to jakarta in the future. shoutout to agung for the friendly service. would 100% recommend the hive.

Great value for what you pay. The beds are VERY comfortable (especially if you like softer beds) and the breakfast is varied and delicious. The staff was super helpful when we checked in at 3am.

First of all I would like to thank the hotel team for the great hospitality and support I have seen, specially Necolas, Ruth and Agung and others. I have been welcomed by room upgrade. The room is clean beddings were clean. I advise who is willing to come to the hotel to arrive using Halim Perdanakusuma International Airport rather than Soekarno–Hatta International Airport because it about 2 hours with traffic, I also advise you to book ? an airport taxi transfer round trip sometimes it's cheaper than grab. The breakfast is nice but not international, the staff promised me to add some middle Eastern cousins There is small mall within the hotel building has, small restaurant and juice shop, k-circle and alfa mart are nearby too Overall the Hotel is nice and I noticed they love to hear from the guests in order to avoid any shortcomings. The area is a bit noisy, so try to ask the for a room that are not on the main road.

Overall okay i like the ambience of the room the space of the room and cleanliness and the hot water quickly out not waiting for long Access card on lift useless u can access without taping anyway, swimming pool is oftenly fully occupied, breakfast using waiting list because im using no fancy clothes the others using fancy clothes is allowed without using waiting list?when it's my turn to go in the restaurant mostly the menu is gone, Hell yeah Big No, this is Discrimination! And after all the discrimination, you asking for full stars via phone room

Very convenient to Halim High Speed Train station. Very nice breakfast as other reviews has mentioned. Very very good staff surrounded in the hotel, they work hard for the hotel and you can feel that they try very hard to give the most customer oriented service. The food in room service is fantastic, even the rice wrapped with leaf, so attentive to the details.
