The location is good, about 15–20 minutes from the train station. The breakfast offers many options but lacks flavor. We experienced a leak during the night that needed fixing, yet there was no option to change rooms, even though water was coming from a light fixture.

When arriving, reception staff upgraded our room to Executive for free! Check in and check out was smooth and quick. Room was spacious and clean :) Great location as the hotel is also very near to Halim Train Station (5-10 minutes by car only). Breakfast buffet was just okay and was nothing phenomenal. We ordered food (part of the buffet by request) during breakfast but it was never delivered by the staff :/

Very clean and nice rooms, staff is very friendly, highly profesional trained. Just 5 min (when no traffic) from Halim High Speed Train Station. Nothing special.

Good location, near to the Halim Whoosh station. Room is nice and simple, most importantly clean. Breakfast food has some variety, with ok taste. I would have rated the hotel a 5 except for the fact that whenever Grab car picks us up or sends us back, we have to pay 5k each time for the “parking fee”. There is no grace period for entry even if we took only less than a minute to go in and out of the hotel. Not sure about other room. But room no. 1521 Shower floor is not levelled properly, have to push water using feet to get it into the drain.

Decent selection and choice in the breakfast buffet. More cheese would have been better though. The massage I had with a wonderful member of staff called Dira was the best part of my stay as it was one of the best massages I have ever had. The picture of the pool on the roof top was deceptive as it is only a blow up children's pool but it looked like a large size pool in the picture. I had wanted somewhere with a pool for exercise so I was disappointed that this was not as the photo seemed.

Check-in was fast. Staff was friendly. Room assigned on 10th floor. Basic room but complete with everything as described. Aircon worked well. Wifi was fast. Bathroom was clean and everything worked. Shower pressure was acceptable. Beds and room were clean and comfortable. Sound insulation from corridor noise was really lacking. So best have earplugs.
