Not far from Halim Perdana Kusuma airport. Was wondering there was no concierge team who usually assist with guest luggage. We carried our luggage up to the room. And when we were checked out the security didn’t have an initiative to help our luggage though only 1 luggage to the grab. While the distance between the lobby and grab position wasn’t far. And suggestion for the bathroom drainage to be checked and fix as it wasn’t running well. Bedsheet, pillow sheet had stain.

The hot water in the morning was brown, although the cold water was clear. I didn't complain because we were in a rush and decided to make the most of the available option.

Staff are friendly. Very affordable and near the train station. Only stated for 2 night so i haven’t encountered any challenges.

extremely disappointed with my recent stay. The bedsheet in my room was filthy and had visible blood stains, which is completely unacceptable and disgusting. This level of hygiene is far below basic standards and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and care at your hotel

Clean and comfortable, convenient - right next to Cawang station (the LRT one, not the other Cawang on the other train line). Only 2 stops away from the Whoosh train at Halim. Powerful air-conditioning, quiet room. Breakfast was quite good (75k IDR extra). Everything ok

The location is very strategic as it is near to the public transport, the room is very clean, nice and comfortable to stay.. unfortunately we cannot stay long.. the staff was helpful Everything ok

Friendly front desk staff -Cafe staff services are very slow -Bed are not comfy, the hotel should change to new mattress. My back hurts -aircond not functioning well. Quite warm even tho i make complain and requested to change to another room.

Nothing. My experience was bad. I stayed there 3 days with my wife. The staff was not helpful/kind. The breakfast was so not good at all, few food available. Hot water didn't work (we had to change the room). The fridge didn't work. Had to wait 3 hours before having new towels after asking them multiple times. I do not recommend this hotel.
