Well maintained room with basic facilities Most Staffs don't welcome foreigners and are not friendly. Food is half-cooked. I had to ask again. Staff informed me that my booking is not found in records. After a very long argument, they gave my room.

nothing, just close to KCIC, thats all. when we arrived at midnight, the receptionist said they can see my booking but since i haven't pay, they did not let me in. we booked thru booking.com and you MUST PAY AT THE COUNTER, we have no other option when the booking was done. but, the guy insisted us to cancel the booking and they will consider us walk in customer and will charges us higher price. why we booked online? of course because the price is cheap but the reception did not allow us to pay the booking.com amount. walk in price is double the price. Plus the room are very dirty, dust & stain everywhere, bad smell

If I could give this a 0, I would. When I arrived, I was shown to the room by a gentleman holding a can of air freshener, which he proceeded to empty half the contents of as soon as we entered the room, in a feeble and unsuccessful attempt to cover up the pungent smell of smoke. The bathroom stank of urine and the toilet was filthy, there were black hairs all over the floor and bed, stains and cobwebs all over the walls and the staff were incredibly unwelcoming and quite frankly, I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe there, to the point where I actually moved to a different hotel. When I tried to get in touch with booking.com about the issue, the helpline didn't go through, so I had to message and they gave me no help whatsoever, simply sending an automated message telling me to contact the property. I am very unimpressed with both the property, it's rating, and moreover, booking.com's response.

some of these hotel employees need to change because they don't know how to do their job well. Although I had a Genius discount, I didn't get free Water. no one speaks English. no one asks for housekeeping. the towel is torn. the pillows turn yellow. the reception speaks with a loud voice, there is no respect and understanding. doesn't deserve more than 4 points. personal They sold my room when arrived after midnight although I informed the hotel earlier about this. They said that I did not pay earlier despite they accepts payment at site which was my choice. They gave me a room in #157 which is not in the same quality with #153 and pictures in the site. Even did not change my room in the second day. The toilet was not functioning properly, dirts were staying long time and I was afraid if dirt will come out. There was a scorpion in bathroom also, thanks to worker that who removed it immediately.

available when we book and when we arrive. The breakfast is just a depressing white bread with cheap margarine and cheap tea in a super this disposable cup. I lost my entire appetite the whole morning. The skimpy breakfast is unacceptable to me - the hotel is better off without any "free breakfast", to avoid bad reviews, to be completely honest.

Just bcoz close to KCIC Once arrived, i afraid we waze wrong place..then i walk in to ask around..There is 1 receptionist guy when we arrived from Malaysia,insist me to transfer the money instead of he can simply confirming to us that is the correct location and correct hotel that we booked thru booking.com. And he also insist me to pay via online.why are u very rude when i already explain that booking.com instructed me to just pay over THE COUNTER VIA CASH?? We are staying at this place just bcoz we arrived very late and we just need a shelter for about 6 to 8 hours while catching our KERETA CEPAT WHOOSH.dont make your customer like not worth it yaa Plus the room are very dirty.dust.stain.bad smell.and COCROACHES around
