Some rooms have an amazing view. We had to advocate for clean room. Staff in restaurant was amazing. Breakfast buffet was wonderful and fairly priced. Day front desk staff was uninterested and even surly. The worst I have seen in years. Night desk staff was excellent.

The front office staff and concierge was helpful and with a smile. The pool was cold! Lol it was off season and unseasonally cold. So no fault of the hotel

Nice old hotel, it has pretty spacious rooms with good amenities, the staff is friendly and the breakfast buffet is well served I found the music at the pool too loud, I think the volume could be reduced, also I think the water should be heated a bit

It is a big property and everything worked well. The staff kept the rooms clean for us daily. The staff are very professional, accommodating, and friendly. The restaurant is very good and convenient for when you have plans and don’t have time to eat breakfast out. Also La Churreria, a wonderful restaurant, is right across from the Hotel. This hotel is also right next to a major park. It is also conveniently accessible by car of taxi. The room could use make overs. Som of the furniture and the floor/laminate is ever so slightly dinged up. The electrical needs more updated outlets as travelers are typically charging more than one device.

Grand old hotel in a great location, near a huge park and close to the city center. The staff were very helpful. The restaurant had excellent service and good food. The vinyl floors in our room were pealing.
