Location You can hear noises coming from other rooms Upstairs you can hear walking moving chairs people making weird noises.

I loved how spacious and clean the room was. The cleaning team really does a great job. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and overall I had a good stay. The staff were nice when I needed them such as when other cars were blocking my car in the parking lot, the valet parking acted quickly to move it. The food was good as well in the restaurant. The wifi is not good, so if your work depends on it, I don't recommend it. Also, the hotel hallways where the elevators are, do not have a carpet and you can hear steps and people walking on it if your room is near the elevator like mine was. The soundproof is not great in the hotel.

Noisy, the band played everyday from 5:00 to 10:00 PM from the restaurant on the first floor.

Location- I was in Xalapa to visit relatives, this was the most convenient hotel available. Good rate. 1) Bathroom window was open and a ton of big flies were everywhere. I used my mosquito repellent to spray in the bathroom and room. 2) The remote control for tv was filthy and the battery encasing broke, so had to hold control with both hands to change channels to ensure battery contact. 3) staff at the restaurant very inattentive, slow.

Hôtel Klimt was absolutely clean and comfortable. The location is superb. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are clean, large, and well lit. Had blackout curtains for a good nights sleep. Check-in was fast and easy. Great value! I will definitely be back next time I'm in Xalapa. I wish the standard room had a mini fridge. The water pressure in the shower wasn't the best however there was always hot water.
