I loved that the hotel is eco-friendly; would stay here again for their environmental impact alone. It was clean, easy to check in, decent breakfast, very friendly staff, and exactly what we needed. Loved that they accommodated our needs by having our family group have adjoining rooms too. It was lovely! Amazing for the price! (2 seniors, 2 adults, 2 children - 11 & 9) It was a little limited for parking spaces. Kind of awkward layout. Breakfast could have a little more variety, but was lovely nonetheless. :) No real issues.

Great Location! Nice and comfortable room They should be more kind of food for breakfast. In two different occasions I couldn't eat anything couse the food was too spacy or meaty.

Location is good, central and close to many attractions. Great views of the Pico de Orizaba Staff was great when I wanted to swap one of the rooms Maybe a more variety in the breakfast

The location provided access to many popular attractions within walking distance. The breakfast was delicious and someone served your meal and drinks. The staff was accommodating and friendly. The parking garage a few doors down was a safe place for our vehicle. We booked a deluxe double bedroom and we were given a room with two twin beds. This may have been because of having a pet, but we paid extra for a nicer room, which was not offered back to us. The rooms on the street side were very noisy with the traffic and the wings restaurant next door.

It is a good hotel with free parking close to the city centre (10 minutes by walk). There are several nice restaurants and cafes around. Nice view onto the city through full wall window. The breakfast was excellent. Free Wi-Fi virtually did not work.

Great location, amazing views from the balcony, decent breakfast and very helpful staff. I had originally booked two nights and ended up stsying for four.
