perfect location to explore the city. Covered parking. Great views from top floor terrace/lounge. Clean. Hospitable staff, language barriers notwithstanding. Comfortable beds, AC units cope well with the heat. No hot water available anymore after early evening until well into mid-morning. So no nice warm shower after a day of exploring the city in the heat. This went on for the duration of my stay. Reasons seem to be technical and affecting all of the property. Should be temporary.

paid for a room with a king size bed but got a queen size. Was offered no compensation. One little bottle of water for 2 guests.

We arrived a little late in the evening but they have 24h reception so that was no problem. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Very good value for money. Localtion is close to historical center.

Rooms are ok but need updating or renovating . Check in clerk was a bit rude the others were ok. Great location and otherwise a very nice stay Front desk clerk upon arrival No towels in room

Nice staff and helpful. Good location. First room had a huge damp patch mould and so noisy. Second room dark but clean if a little musty.

Staff was exceptional and courtious. The first room that was booked did not have water barrier so naturally, when I took a shower, the water from the shower came all the way into the room where the beds were. Very slippery floor. I had to change rooms the first night.

I’ll use again if I’m going to Xalapa as well. Issues were solved when I asked. Centric hotel and friendly staff, I asked to be far from the noise of the street. They accommodated me in good place. Good price as well.

Close to the city center. The guy from the reception that attended us in the evening was incompetent. Our car didn’t fit in the underground parking (aprox. 2,20m height) so we had to park our car across the street in a private parking for a lot of money. He then said that the maximum height is written on Booking, which we checked again and was of course a lie. Then we received a room full of mold, complained about it and got a smaller room without windows that can be opened and didn’t receive any apologies. Thank you for nothing? The breakfast was terrible as well.
