Lovely lobby, and comfortable room A little far from the center of town

Decoration, facilities, staff, location

Close to downtown In my room, there was a large window that let in a lot of light because it didn’t have any curtains, making it impossible to sleep. The customer service regarding this issue was very poor. The same happened with the towels — my reservation was for six people, but they only provided four. When I asked about it at reception, their response was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional.

Clean, large, bright, friendly room, generally comfortable and with a good price-benefit relationship. Wifi was not accessible in room. Wide gap under the room door. "Do not disturb" signs would be nice, well-intended hotel staff tended to knock for cleaning or to provide the breakfast voucher at just the wrong moment.

Terrible wifi Terrible wifi.very noisy dog next door.Continous barking

The inner gallery was very beautiful with a lot of light. The only windows of our room were into the inner gallery, right in front of the breakfast tables. For any privacy the curtains had to be drawn at all times, making the room feel like a bunker. The rooms had very poor sound insulation, you could hear everything: staff listening to radio during the night, loud nightly and early morning noises from the kitchen. Little choice for breakfast. Not cleaned very well between stays, we found old bandages stuck to the shower curtain.

Friendly staff and clean facilities. There were four options for the complimentary breakfast: Red enchiladas Green enchiladas Enfrijoladas (similar to enchiladas but with beans on top instead) And eggs with beans on the side (and tortillas) They were all good! They give you a tiny bit of fruit before and coffee. I think I expected more of the neighborhood but that was my fault for not researching the city and area. It wasn’t unsafe though.

Good location, 10 minutes from the City Centre. Clean, but old towels and bed linen. Netflix and wifi worked well. Helpful staff. Poor ventilation and problem with humidity. I washed my socks, two days later they were still wet..

The staff, Luz, Nora and Jose Luis. Thank-you. Like in many places in Mexico, the plumbing isn't done properly and there can be a cooked cabbage smell from sink and showers. It's harmless gas but unpleasant.

It was very clean , secure parking . Staff very nice . Room a very generous size Sound proofing poor .. could hear the people above us . Black out curtains didn’t stop the light from the flickering street light . Solved by wearing our eye masks

location, just out of busy centre, but easy to get there by foot. The quite room and friendly staff. All was very clean and tidy. We had hoped the restaurant would be open, but it was closed that evening.

Very good

People at reception are nice and kind. Location is good if getting by car, and parking was convenient. Included breakfast was good and enough. The room was a bit weird, because there is a window above one of the beds, and it gets lit from the back because on the other side is the restaurant area. Although everything is clean, the towels and linens are very worn down.
