Gamma by Fiesta Americana Xalapa Nubara

The staff was polite and helpful. The restaurant was good. The location is really good. We did not have any noise issues which is always very welcome. The facilities looked old and wore off. The hotel was not really clean. The bed sheets were old and with holes. The towels we got in our room where not clean, almost like they did not change them from previous occupants.

Bed was nice. They gave me the wrong key-card Twice! Put me in the most far away room. Towels were completely worn out, old and ugly. We were 3 ppl but only gave un 2 towels. The view is a parking lot full of rubbish. Food is super overpriced. It sucked. Pool water was ice cold.

Outside looks great, private parking lot. I called several times to the lobby without any response prior to arrival, once there the lady was inattentive, not busy, not caring. From the outside the building looks great, but rooms are dated. Parking lot was dark and busy, did bot felt secure.

Very well located The smell of moisture due the carpet.

Everything, only thing is the TV is really old. I couldn't watch Netflix. Disney plus or any other smart app. Other than that is really good

I liked the gym and the outdoor pool, but the schedule the pool was very limited and the staff was rude

Nice people, building, location, food….but! Air conditioner was broke. NO AIR CONDITIONER IN ALL DE BUILDING.

The architecture is beautiful, and the surroundings are lush with greenery, which made me feel calm and refreshed. All the staff were very kind and respectful. The food at the restaurant was excellent. I think the room I was assigned to is not well manteined, the air conditioning was not very clean, and the blankets smelled damp and musty, like they had been in storage for a while.

The property was good , but always is something with the air conditioning…… I went every year and always the same issues with that …… the manager was very lovely but still they need to check that ….. the pool was dirty …… the stairs of the pool was broken, they need to fix that too …… I notice this since 4 years ago and still ……. The sheets are super thin and worn, the towels too, they need to renew all that, it's not a cheap hotel, they should pay more attention to that

Love the location No AC this is ridiculous...and this is not the first time it has happened...but this time I left and I went to another hotel. As much as I love Gamma HOTEL I can actually say I don't think I will ever book again there.

The location was excellent, because it was walking distance to Museo de Antropología de Xalapa and beautiful parks, which is why I traveled to Xalapa. There is a wonderful restaurant where I had Aztec soup and Caldo tlalpeño. The breakfast buffet was filled with delicious foods that were very enjoyable. The staff when out of their way to make me feel welcomed. All I can say is that the mattress was too hard.

Everything was great. The staff was amazing. It is a quiet place. You can walk around there safely.
