-Very friendly and helpful staff - including the front desk, restaurant and cleaning staff -Good wifi -My room was extremely clean and quiet -Spacious bathroom with good strong hot water -Wonderful location right downtown, less than a block from Parque Juarez -Breakfast buffet is pretty good if you can get it as part of your room rate -If you can get a good deal, it's a great place to stay -Everything feels a bit old -It claims to be 4 stars, but it doesn't really have any amenities aside from the restaurants -The elevators are tiny -A few of the breakfast options are less appetizing -Not so sure it's worth it at the "official" rates

This place is simple and it is clearly an older hotel. However, for the price and location, it is an excellent value. The rooms were clean, the staff were exceptionally kind, and the location is excellent. It is only two blocks from a lovely park with a great kid’s play structure and lots of family activity. We were satisfied given the price

Location was great, just a block from Parque Juarez in the center of town. Breakfast buffet was good. Staff were pleasant. Single working elevator was tiny and slow, requiring long waits. Staff in buffet were not attentive and sometimes unpleasant. The room was very loud from street noise, even on the 4th floor, mainly police whistles during the day.

-The hotel is on a very busy street and the rooms facing the street can be INCREDIBLY noisy, especially the ones on lower floors. -Hard lumpy pillows

Location and premises. It did not have glasses in the room and when we ask for them in reception we didn’t provide them and tell us to go a buy plastic ones ourselves. That was not the expected service.

Internet was terrible bad! Bed mattress so hard. Almost nothing!

Location Clean

Nice old place. Only one electrical outlet in bedroom, though a double in the bathroom. Comfortable bed, ok pillows. My room faced a very noisy street, with a whistle happy traffic cop. SO, it was REALLY noisy. I think rooms at the back of the hotel, with the nice views would have been better. Question, is this what happens when you get great pricing from booking, a lower quality room? Breakfast was very good with attentive staff.

The staff goes out of their way to meet the guest's needs; in addition to being kind and resourceful. Therr eres some problema with connectivity, at times in the bussiness center.

Very good, comfortable and friendly hotel

A very pleasant overnight stay after a long travel day. The staff were very helpful and made us feel welcome. The beds were comfortable and we had a good hot shower. Breakfast is extensive and makes the room even better value. The location is excellent right in the centre and easy to access. The hotel has charming architectural features from a previous era. We really appreciated the service from the doorman. The pillows could be upgraded
