I liked the location. I think the decor was ok. The colors were fine. There was no breakfast. No extra towel.

Good central location. Lots of hot water. Terrible, insecure wi-fi. No cleaning service for the room, even when I asked specifically on the second morning. I had to make a fuss to get fresh towels. Noisy guests at late hours. The bed and the sheets should have been replaced years ago. General attitude of neglect.

There was no breakfast, but I didn't expect one. For the money, this is a charming place with a good color scheme and nice tile work. It is tiny, and I've seen posted complaints about that. But if you don't expect that from fisheye photos, you are naive. They could offer breakfast. They could also give better detailed directions to their place. Very few locals that I talked to knew the street (Miguel Hidalgo) they are on.

Nice decor, clean room, hangers for clothes. Helpful people at the front desk. I was able to leave my luggage when I arrived too early to check-in. I like the roof deck, with 2 tables and some chairs to sit. Convenient location (short walk to the center). Wifi signal very weak, my connection breaks from time to time. No water refill. I was given a 335ml bottle of water for 2 nights. No place to sit in the small room, except on the bed. No shampoo.
