Good location, especially if you need to be located in southern part of Warsaw (for Suntago trip, good connection to main airport and Krakow highway). Quiet area (except sound insulation for rooms). Spacious, clean family rooms with comfortable beds, own dining table and kitchen corner. Free large parking area, to note: not guarded but we did not have any issues at all. Cheap gas station and a Zabka-named grocery/cafe shop open until 23:00 just around the corner. Big shopping center with cinema, dining area and kids entertainment 1 km away. Staff was kind and forthcoming, helping with out issues. Sound insulation could have been a bit better since the neighbours in the room upstairs either had sex all night or moved the beds around - so the sound of bed legs moving on the floor was quite loud. But it is building's structural issue which hotel can't change. Hotel provided only large shower towels and no hand towels, as it is the way they serve the guests. The reception lady was kind enough to give us some hand towels as well but expect not to have them automatically upon your arrival.

Price, location and check-in time was good. Overall good room for it's price. Sound proof was really bad. All night (from around 4 AM till 7 AM) we and all other Hotel visitors were forced to listen "adult love" noises from few couples... Not to mention that they weren't neighbour rooms but still everything was loud and clear. If you are sensitive for noises be careful :)

Nice for its price. Surprisingly quiet at night. Comfortable bed. Parking right near the entrance. Good indian restaurant just 50 m away. View. Shower gel and shampoo was useless.

Bed was very bad conditions its supposed to one queen bed but its two bed join together very disappointed and very uncomfortable while sleeping

Perfect short time stay. I needed 1 night rest, so it was ideal option. Price super. Quiet, clean, small, but good room, location perfect for me. Comfortable bed. Tea and coffee in the room. Common kitchen. Nice and clean bathroom. All recommendations. All was ?

It seems everything was there inside But there were few annoying things. Walls is really super thin and I can hear everything happening behind. Light near bed was broken, water sewage in showed doesn’t work good.
