Free parking , not far from the airport, free tea near the reception. Despite the cold temperatures outside, we were given a room with no air conditioning and poor ventilation. The room had no windows, only two small ones at the very high ceiling!!!! that couldn't be opened. When we asked the guy in the reception for help, he said there was nothing he could do. The reception is been closed at 23:00.

good location nice parking very comfortable bed niosy room (there were not many people staring in the hotel, but they put me next door to a very noisy neighbours. it would make sense to put guests not next door but in every second room)

Exellent parking. Staff exellent. Poor breakfast. Room nr 5 without window (roof only). During rain weather should be close. TV not working.

Nothing. I tried to contact them to change my reservation. I also tried Booking.com customer service several times. They are both 0 out of 10. Hotel reception said "We do not speak Englash cannot help". Booking barely speaks English at a call center or chat and just offers pre prepared lines of condolences and zero help. Refused to call the property. Basically, they kept all my money and because of delays getting out of Ukraine I simply needed the next night. The hotel responded to messages 3 days later asking which day, and I would have to pay again. Totally unhelpful. Go with Expedia they actually resolve issues when they happen. And avoid Ajax.

Good location. Shopping centers are nearby. Kind administrator.The room is cleanThere is a parking space. On the 2nd floor there is a shared balcony with tables The room was full of smoke. It's good that the administrator gave another room. There is an electric kettle for water in the room, but no cups, only a paper cup.
