Location, room and cleanliness. Staff in the front desk or the receptionist on duty. Not polite and not hospitable. Referring to the staff when we checked out. March 22 2026.

The location of the hotel was close the airport. The room we stayed in smelled bad and there was mold on the wall. They only had one bath towel for a two occupant room and no hand or face towels.

The staff are welcoming and friendly. We arrived late at night and they extended our check out 2 more hours

The front desk lady at check-in was incredibly kind and helpful, especially with giving me info about the nearby beach. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location couldn't have been better especially if you're in town for the F1. Would definitely stay here again!

There is a staff in the morning shift Maybe 10:30am, we just finish breakfast downstairs.she didn’t assist us very nice, she seems sleepy and not interested in assisting us. We ask for Our booking cause it will finish until 2pm by my name and ask if she could check in the system our next booking under my husband name and she refuse to check cause his reason is all the booking in booking.com has been cancelled, how come we book 1 week before that day? And we didn’t say anything. We just said ok.. but when we comeback in our room and call the reception by telephone, we ask again about my husband booking and if she could check and yes there is.. we are getting confuse? You told us that the booking has been cancelled in front of my face and then when I called you by telephone you told me that yes it is still there..??? I ask for her name with the other receptionist and her name is hala without niqab.. but there is very kind and good receptionist who assist us very well the one who has niqab I forget her name.. thanks sister.

The location is good. Near to airport. The receptionist on duty on 23 Feb 2025 was quite rude. She seem not happy working. Please send her for manner skill so she will know how to speak politely to the guest. The guest are paying for the stay so please give some respect...
