The property was really nice Location was great, quite close to IKEA and Jeddah Park mall Staff was kind Car parking was sufficient and well managed Cleanliness was remarkable Overall the experience was good indeed Although the overall experience was good but the bathroom wasn't planned very well. There was no stopper or door in the shower area to hold the water and due to this, the whole bathroom got flooded every time you take the bath. The space of wash basin was also not sufficient. There was no holder in the bathroom for the clothes

Room is equipped with a hot water kettle. Drinking water is provided for each room. Very nice front desk staff. Very poor WIFI. The room only has a small window looking out to another building. The location is not convenient if you don't have a car.

Prime location next to jeddah park mall, facility is perfect & clean. Staff are amazing specially the lady in the reception (Aziza) she always helpful & cheerful & did a lot of extra mile to us. Nothing
