Great location! Reasonable value. Average staff. Average room. Reasonably clean. This is an old hotel. Bad wifi. Lousy Gym. Very small pool for such a big hotel.

Location is great, staff specially the daytime security personnel was really helpful, restaurant staff was flexible, issues were addressed promptly, breakfast was very limited but the restaurant staff was flexible in their support, main door lock wasn’t working however the hotel sent someone to fix the door right away. The reception does not take the vehicle owner information. In my case, a vehicle hit mine parked in the parking lot and they couldn’t contact me right away. I discovered the accident next day and initiated the NAJM procedure. Although the security staff on duty in the day went beyond & above to help me sort my issue.

Only one time i call for changing the kettle.. the lady on the phone was nice but the guy that he came to collect the kettle was very rude and he just enter the room inside without my permission and he was blaming for using the kettle with bad attitude i didn't make any reaction because everything and everybody was nice Thank you

I used the gym, this can be improved. However, it’s irrelevant for non-gym visitors.

Perfect location to old heritage downtown,? Great helpful and smiling stuff ? Room full with travelers accessories and needs like no other hotels ? Vintage elevator ? but good and works smoothly ?

Hotel is very nice and room are big and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. My regards and appreciation Mr. Haitham Omar, who frequently ask about staying at hotel. Highly recommend this hotel. Situated nearby to city centre and MOFA officies Area is under remodeling and parking facilities are not comfortable however I understand it is temporary

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was super friendly and made me feel welcome right away. The manager, Mr. Haitham, was particularly amazing and outstanding, he checked on me to make sure everything was good, his warm welcome, hands-on approach, and genuine care for me truly elevated the experience. The room was clean and cozy, with a comfy bed and nice bathroom stuff. The breakfast was yummy, with lots of choices. Everyone was so kind and helpful.
