The price and the location

price and location AC was not working in the hallway, smell of mold. AC was not working well in my bedroom and it was giving a bad mold/humidity smell. Overnight disturbing noise behind the walls. Bathroom and room require renovation. Breakfast is descent.

I liked the location Room service agreed to finish ironing at a certain time and from that time I kept calling reception until they stopped answering and started ignoring me which is unbelievable and I didn't receive my clothes only after more than 3 hours from the agreed time where I was late for an important event.

Breakfast was okay… it was close to my office. AC was good. The carpet on the walkway dirty and smelled bad. Housekeeping was bad and reception don’t answer calls when in need

Value. On check in, wasn’t offered smoking or non smoking. Neither of us smoke and were put in a smoking room. Staff more concerned with KFC app than resolving our issue. Requested iron 3x. Never appeared. Duty manager called. Explained everything to him - never heard back.

The hotel has all the basics that you need for a business travel . location is good , rooms are small but expected as this is a budget hotel . the communication with the reception team , they dont answer the phone or emails. i stayed for 4 nights and requested an invoice at check out , the guy gave me the invoice with 1 night only ! i cant reach them by phone or email or booking messages. they dont answer anything . very disappointing really.
