Very simple and comfortable for a short stay love the design and the whole vibe of the place The parking is very confusing and small i wished that the valet was 24 hours to ease the experience for people who had cars And the food selection is not very conclusive there were not many options

I always choose to stay at Shada Hotel because it truly feels like my second home? The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and full of authentic Saudi spirit! which makes me feel proud and comfortable every time I visit. The staff are more than just employees!! they feel like family and close friends? They are always kind, helpful, and genuinely caring. The hotel is exceptionally comfortable, beautifully designed, and offers a unique Saudi experience that makes every stay special. Honestly, there is nothing I dislike about this property? In fact, I have never stayed here just to evaluate it!! I come here because from the moment I walk in, it feels exactly like home.

Location and quirky design of rooms and lovely care package on arrival in room with eye masks and skin care products. Let me have a late check out as I had a late flight Breakfast options limited and very poor. Service very slow or most of the time no one was there and had to ask reception . They also need training on customer service.
