The room, decor and space is overall lovely and very nice, new and clean! The staff are also really friendly and the room is comfortable. I had an issue with an electric plug and they sent someone to fix it right away even though it was quite late. i really enjoyed being there. The room is fully supplied with a bathrobe, slippers, ironing board and iron, a weight, it's nice to find all the little amenities without having to ask the breakfast was a little sad in quality as well as dining space. it's on the first floor in a dark room, looks very off from the hotel. some stuff I couldn't eat honestly, God forgive me, and everything feels either old or just badly made (like the cake could have been one of those prepackage baqqala stuff). For the loveliness of the hotel, I did expect a nicer breakfast experience but it's okay

We stayed in room 517. It was very spacious and clean. Bedding was great. We enjoyed the breakfast. Very polite staff. Bathroom fitting were very good. It was a short ride from the airport. I would suggest that they remove the hard water stains from the bathroom floors to make the property sparkling though it isn’t a major issue

The room floors need good cleaning, they were sticky here and there and the bathroom walls and floors definitely need to be kept sparkling as per a four star hotel’s ranking.

They have a small gym but enough. Sauna , Jakouzi Breakfast was not included

I appreciated the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the housekeeping service, which were both highlights of my stay. The laundry service was inconsistent and not reliable, which affected the overall convenience of the stay. Additionally, there were disturbances from neighboring rooms, including guests smoking inside despite it being inappropriate, as well as noticeable noise late at night in the corridors. Furthermore, the room’s soundproofing was below expectations, especially for a 3-star hotel, as external noise was easily heard and impacted comfort and rest.
