Everyone was good with me but there was a bit uncomfortable reception. Nothing but breakfast was a bit less than my expectations.

Lacking some finishing. The windows still had the plastic on the frames and the apartment is a bit impersonal.

The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. The location was close to the airport as well as Red Sea Mall and Mall of Arabia. The 2 bedroom suite was very spacious with one super king bed and on suite bathroom and second bedroom with two queen size beds and the beds are super comfortable with a shared bathroom. The lounge area was spacious and there was also a kitchenette area.

Spacious and friendly staff. The breakfast was very nice. It’s very nice to stay there besides the location not far from the airport and nearby sites such as Red Sea mall. I enjoyed the stays there. NA

The place was decent. The parking provided is always nice. Everything else is pretty much average. As expected There was a very loud noise and vibration in the bedroom and it made the whole stay rather annoying. It was difficult to fall asleep with that going on.

Everything was just passable They did not have the record of my breakfast being included in the room rate so the person at restaurant refused to let me in. Then i went to reception and wonderfully so the receptionist lady though she was courteous but didn't speak or understood any English. So using my broken Arabic and international sign language I explained to her that my room charges included breakfast. She understood after like 15 to 20 minutes. Then she took another 5 minutes to make the restaurant bouncer kind of a guy to understand the whole situation. By this time there was only 5 minutes left in breakfast time. Soon I sat for breakfast the bouncer / waiter guy came to tell me that breakfast time is over. I seriously dont understand how they can miss putting in my name in the list. And also why you would want to hire a non-english speaking person at the front desk or in the restaurant.
